Two small pets allowed in the cottage with a $50.00 non-
refundable fee. Also, tenant shall be responsible for any
damages (above $50.00) caused by pets. Pets shall be attened
at all times.
Non-Smoking Inn, outside in designated areas only. Guests smoking in rooms wil be asked to leave immediately and forfeit room fees.
